Manufacturer Warranty

​

All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Processing times vary based on the item(s) purchased and are listed on each product page. Processing times are estimates, include business days only (excludes weekends and holidays), and do not include shipping time. Once the order is placed, our system will send you an order confirmation email and text (if subscribed at checkout). You will receive a shipping notification email(s) when your order has shipped.

Separate Packages:  Your order may ship in separate packages and from different locations. Firerescuedirect.com has established relationships with our vendors, and we work with them to drop ship select items from different locations. All shipping locations are located within the continental United States. If your order ships in separate packages, our system will send you each tracking number once that portion ships. 

Delayed Processing Times due to Customized/Personalized Items: Occasionally, there will be a longer processing time than the estimated processing time listed on the website. Certain non-customized items may be held until the customized item(s) are processed and ready to ship; in this case, the non-custom and customized items will ship in the same package. In addition, customized/personalized items may experience longer than the estimated listed processing time due to the item not passing quality inspection after the completion of customization. In this circumstance, the ordered item will be sent back to production, causing an extended processing time.

Other Potential Shipping/Processing Time Delays: Firerescuedirect.com relies on Third Party Vendors, Shipping Companies and delays due to manufacturer backorders or shipping service problems (pandemics, weather events, etc.) may cause delays in the production of customized/personalized items or longer than usual shipping transit times. Firerescuedirect.com works with vendors and shipping companies to mitigate these potential issues; however, firerescuedirect.com does not have control over situations affecting third-party vendors and/or shipping companies.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages: Firerescuedirect.com is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. We will work with the carriers to attempt to locate the package in such an event; however, Firerescuedirect.com reserves the right to accept the carriers' confirmation of delivery with no further action (no refunds or replacements)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

Contiguous United States (CONUS):

Also known as the Continental United States or the Lower 48, our shipping is kept simple. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50-$250. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $9.50 per order. 

 

Alaska | Hawaii | Puerto Rico | US Virgin Islands:

We offer Standard Shipping to US addresses outside the contiguous United States. The Standard Shipping fee is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of the order and starts at $10.50.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

​

We accept P.O. boxes as shipping addresses at checkout; however, certain items must be shipped to a physical address due to the item's size and shipping rates. If an order is submitted with a PO box, but the item requires a physical address, our customer service team will contact you via email and/or phone to receive a physical address for shipment. The order will be placed on hold (not processed) until a physical address is received.

International Shipping

We have partnered with several third-party carriers to offer convenient international shipping to our customers. Our checkout page provides shipping to destinations worldwide and the ability to order in your native currency (available for select countries), as well as optional prepay duties and taxes to avoid customs delays. 

​

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FireRescueDirect.com and our third-party carriers are not responsible for these charges if applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please note that promotional discounts and coupon codes are unavailable for International Orders. Product warranties do not cover international orders.
